A small plant stand of a trefoil design, “Tray-Foliage” is derived from the “Tray-Foil” serving tray and is similarly made entirely of madrone. Here the exceptional beauty and variety of the wood is even more pronounced in its remarkable range of color. An incision along the length of each leg continues the floating motif of the three-part top and gives it a light, delicate character. For added stability the legs of the table are reinforced with wedged tenons, joints that once glued cannot be pulled apart.
