A old, distressed wooden form used to make a mold for a large gear was re-purposed as a frame for a mirror assembly. The form, consisting of two 10' diameter semi-circular halves, was supplemented with an internal framework that allows the mirror to be shipped as separate components and assembled on-site. The frame may be leaned against a wall or hung with cleats.
